No, Perindopril is an ACE inhibitor and is used to treat high blood pressure, heart failure and stable angina. At no time is it a blood thinner.
Perindopril is used in the treatment of high blood pressure; left ventricular dysfunction; heart failure; diabetic kidney disease; coronary artery disease (and more), and belongs to the drug class Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors.
