Has anyone switched from escitaloprám to paroxetine. Escitaloprám didn't help me at all. Thank you.

You may find Paxil (paroxetine) more helpful. Besides depression, Paxil is used to treat many anxiety disorders, panic disorder, OCD, PTSD, and PMDD.
