Hi, LockMe!
It depends entirely how you respond to the medication:
"Very common (10% or more of users): Insomnia (up to 24%), Somnolence (up to 24%)"
If it keeps you up at night take it in the morning. If it makes you sleepy then take it at night.
If you have neither side effect take it when it's most convenient.
There were no interactions found In the Interaction Checker for paroxetine and caffeine but if the medication makes you jittery you might not want to overdo the caffeine.
Thank you, my friend, for your answer. I take it at night and it causes me to wake up and not sleep, so I will change it to the morning, but how do I change the date? If the time for the medicine comes at night, do I leave it until the morning when I take it, or is there another way?
Take your night dose and then you can take the new morning dose as long as there's about 8 hours between the doses. So if you take your night dose at 8pm you could take the morning dose anytime after 4am for instance.
