it should definatly not show up on any drug test under any situation. Its main ingredient is Psudaphed which is not a narcotic so its not even tested for. If it does show up as a amphetamine (not meth since thats very different... and some drugs can give a false positive for narcotics) tell them to retest you since you didnt take any amphetamines (do not take any ADD meds if this is why your being drug tested since ADHD/ADD meds are amphetamines)
