My doctor prescribed Prednisone for a congestion and I have been on it for three days. I was taking Mucinex before that and no it seems to be worse after taking the prednisone.My doctor's office is closed until Monday... Can I take the PRednisone with Mucinex ??

Yes, you can take Prednisone with Mucinex or Mucinex D.
