I was prescribed both naltrexone 50mg and bupropion XL 150mg but all they told me was take one a day. Do I take them together in the morning, at night or separate times? I really need help because I don’t want to take them incorrectly.
Thanks

Hi, Kikkz!
If you weren't instructed to take the medications in a certain way then you should be able to take them together, separately, morning or evening.
There is a slight risk of an interaction between the two medications and your doctor has determined that the benefits will outweigh this risk. Here is a link just so you know what symptoms to look for if there's a problem.

Bupropion can cause insomnia and restlessness in some users but can also cause sleepiness and sedation in others. Not everyone will experience them and they are temporary but you'll have to see how you respond. If it keeps you awake at night try taking it in the morning. If you're sleepy during the day you can take it at night.
You should talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you still have concerns, okay?
