I am claustrophobic and could not endure a MRI. Dr prescribed lorazepam for my anxiety but I'm not sure that the results would be strong enough to endure the MRI tunnel. Anyone with experience of taking xanax or lorazepam that helped you get thru a MRI procedure? How much did you take and how far before the procedure. My Dr. recommends 1mg 30 min prior. I've never taken such a drug and have no idea how it will affect me. Don't want to setup a MRI just to not be able to finish it
Does lorazepam help claustrophobic people get thru MRI?
