I just started 12.5mg of Hydrochlorothiazide 2 days ago. Both days I have felt lethargic and fuzzy. I am listless with no energy and just feel off. I am willing to keep taking it if these effects taper off. Has anyone else experienced these side effects that eventually disappeared?

I've been on 25 mg for years. I never experienced anything like you're talking about. Are you drinking enough water?
