I took one yesterday and tonight, my heart rate is below 60. It’s never that low. I haven’t taken a propranolol today because of the lowered heart rate but wanted to know if it’s from that.
How long does a 20mg propranolol stay in your system?

"The duration of action of a single oral dose is longer than the half-life and may be up to 12 hours, if the single dose is high enough (e.g., 80 mg). "
The half life of propranolol is 8-10 hours, meaning half of the medication will be out of your system by 24 hours.
