Lexapro - Have anyone ever took Zofran for nausea?

I assume you mean nausea from the Lexapro? Taking Zofran with Lexapro increases the risk for a rare but serious condition called serotonin syndrome:

If your doctor prescribed it they may feel that the benefit outweighs the risk but if you're taking it on your own you should get the doctor's advice first.
You can also ask your pharmacist for a recommendation of an OTC product to control the nausea.
