Hi! Hypothyroidism might be the problem as it can change your metabolism in ways that can cause weight gain. Diet and exercise can help but it can’t totally stop it. Usually levothyroxine causes weight loss if anything. Is your doctor monitoring you and have you had blood work to check your thyroid levels recently? 100mcg (0.1mg) isn’t a really high dose and you’ve got plenty of room for an adjustment if your tests indicate that. There could be other factors too so you need to contact your doctor and get professional advice if you haven’t talked to them lately. Best regards and good luck to you.
