I'm constipated my bottom hurts bad I feel the poop but it won't come out I had to use my finger to try and pull it out. I just took a chewable exlax will this work and how long does it take for it to work?

Hi, most laxatives actually make constipation more complicated. Here is a great home and all natural remedy. Take 1 tablespoon of pure Olive oil and one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix together well. Take this and depending on how backed up your system is it will work in one to six hrs. The oil will soften as the lemon juice is very cleansing and good for the digestive system from time to time anyway. If this doesn't work by morning I would talk with your primary because our bodies are all very different. This is a great natural solution and hardly costs a thing. Hope your better soon.
