Hi, Butterfly!
Not directly, but the symptoms you describe are classic signs of depression. Lamictal works by treating mood swings, mania, and especially depression. Treat the depression and it's likely that these symptoms will resolve.
I've been on lamotrigine (generic Lamictal) for over four years and it's been very effective for my depression with no side effects. I'm very happy with it.
