Is Cefdinir still effective and safe if put in the refridgerator for 8 hrs by accident?

Should not be a problem. But call your Pharmacist.
Pharmacist didn't know and was told to call manufacturer. No luck with that either.
Call another Pharmacy. They should know, unless you spoke to a clerk.
I would really not worry if no one has a problem with that.
I found something:
The suspension can be stored at room temperature (or refrigerated) for 10 days. Throw away any unused medicine after 10 days.
