I took ibuprofen at 5pm today. Acyclovir at 7pm and now I want to take NyQuil because I have a fever and weak. Should I tuff it out tonight? And not take NyQuil? Thanks.

My response to your question would depend upon your health condition and age, your overall health especially. If you are in fair to good health and not elderly I think it would be fine to take the NyQuil. You might even consider taking a smaller dose, but I don't think it would be necessary. If you are in poor general health or elderly I would avoid the NyQuil.
I forgot to mention that my answer is based upon the assumption that you are not taking any other prescription or over-the-counter drugs.
NyQuil is a med I never took, but a friend who had a heart issue anyway took some one night and she died during the night, she was older, BUT, who knows how many have had issues with the NyQuil.
I'd think about taking ibuprofen every 4-6 hrs for a while, with food in my stomach. I don't know what acyclovir is and don't have the energy to look it up.
I'd consider a powerful antioxidant to be taking so don't get a fever etc... these keep one really healthy.
