Zoloft should be given once a day. It does not matter what time of day you take the Zoloft but it is good to be consistent. Choose a time of day to take the Zoloft that is convenient for you and take it at your chosen time every day. Another consideration is how it is making you feel. If it makes you sleepy then it is better to take it at night, or if it keeps you awake then take it during the morning.
Hello phusband. Generally people take it upon awakening. If it is being taken along with other medications, it is taken upon retireing for the evening. (sedation) Regards, pledge
Medications affect people differently. If it makes you sleepy then it is better to take it at night. However, if you have problems sleeping, i,e, it keeps you awake, then you should take it during the morning or daytime.
And yes, you should try to keep a consistent schedule, however you can change it if it doesn't work for you.
thank you i should take in morning it keeps me awake
