do you mean the expiration date or how long it lasts in the body?
on most prescription labels a date is given when the medication should be discarded meaning that it is no longer to be used I hope I have answered your question
It's good until the expiry date given for that particular batch of pills, by the manufacturer. If the pills were dispensed in another bottle which doesn't have an expiry then I would suggest that you discard it.
