Because these rods support my spine, normal "bone-building" activities have had no effect on my vertebrae, so I've been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis of the spine and have my first fracture (doctors says "first of many to come"). I'm questioning whether any osteoporosis drugs therapies (Prolia, Evenity, Forteo, Tymlos, Reclast) would improve my spine. If anyone has any experience with severe osteoporosis from Harrington rods, could you share your experience with these drugs?
