Cardiac interactions are rare and more apt to happen if you already have an underlying heart condition. Is the doctor who prescribed the fluconazole aware that you're taking escitalopram? If so, she probably has determined that the benefit to you is greater than the risk.
Talk to your doctor for reassurance before taking the fluconazole if you want because you do need to start treatment for the thrush.
