I started this pill 4 days ago and yes heart burn is bad so I have been eating tums they help a little once some weight comes off I hope it goes away .

Hello zori. I looked up your question and found nothing to suggest that acid reflux is a side effect to taking Phentermine. Its very possible of course, but its not been reported to date as such, by past or currrent users. You might ask your doctor or pharmacist to confirm or get thier opinion to your qustion.

Thanks for your comment. i did check with my dr and pharmacist and acid relux is a side effect to taking Phentermine. I used the pill for one week, then went back to my dr and asked to be taken off.
