Been on everything for depression/anxiety. Now with fibromyalgia, TBI after a massive fall, looking at Savella. On Prozac now but I don't feel like its helping. Cymbalta helped a lot but i had a terrible allergic reaction to it. Gabapentin dose was so high i was gaining weight, couldn't focus EVER and caused seizures.
I feel terrible most of the time with chronic pain, no energy, brain fog and hopelessness. I am generally an extrovert but my anxiety is too high to even get on the phone. Do you think Savella would be good for my combination of conditions to replace the Prozac?
I am currently on Prozac (40mg), Klonopin (1mg), Seroquel (50mg), Adderall (40mg) and tizanidine (4mg).

Savella is a good choice to treat Fibromyalgia. You seem to be taking a lot of medication. Be careful tapering off. There are few interaction with your combo, if your planning to replace Prozac for Savella
Interaction between Savella and the combination:
No interaction found between Savella and Klonopin.
No interaction found between Savella and Tizanidine
Savella and Seroquel which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking blurred vision
Savella and Adderall can also increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever and excessive sweating
If you’re planning on replacing Prozac for Savella. Let your adviser slowly taper you off Prozac to reduce side effects before starting Savella. You won’t possibly experience all the side effects, so don’t get to amped up.
