Can damage occur of patient took 2 capsules of doxycycline hyclate 100MG right before going to bed?

Did they take an extra capsule - were they just meant to take just the 1? Did they swallow them with a glass of water?
If the above scenario is the case it is unlikely anything serious will happen - a bit of stomach upset maybe, but nothing serious.
