Fresh pineapple has 1.1 micrograms in 1 cup
Blueberries has 28 micrograms in 1 cup
Seedless grapes have 23 micrograms in 1 cup
It's recommended to have between 90-120 micrograms throughout the day. I recommend having no more then 1 cup of those daily.
