I looked on your site regarding the amount of bromelin in pineapple. The first sentence stated that there was approximately 100 mg of vitamin C in two slices. Then it states that the daily dose of bromelin is 40 mg 3times/day. First of all, what are these two sentences doing in the same paragraph, since they don't seem to be related? And second, HOW MUCH BROMELIN IN PINEAPPLE?
Amount of Bromelin in pineapple?

You missed an essential part of the info:
Bromelains
Chemical Name
A concentrate of proteolytic enzymes derived from the pineapple plant Ananas comosusMerr. The enzymes are derived from the Pineapple plant; not the Pineapples.
So are you saying that there is no bromelain in pineapple? That's not what is stated on other sites.
I don't know which sites you looked at but use google and lookup 'Bromelain' and 'bromelain in pineapple fruit'. 310,000 sites concur that pineapple fruit contains no bromelain. Or in semantic terms it does kind of does in a way. The pineapple plant and the solid fibrous 'core' in the fruit that usually no-one eats contains bromelaines. So pineapple slices (without the core) might contain 100mg of Vitamin C; big deal; it contains no bromelain, which is in the coarse fiber, in the circle they cut out.
My comments remain as they were. The first ten sites I looked at agreed with my opinion; on page 2 the same results agreed also
