The one I use every day is Mucinex or the generic in pill form. You can also use an expectorant syrup. Make sure it has guifeneson in it and that it's not an antihistamine. This keeps the mucus loose so you can cough it up easier.
You can also get an Aerobika from your pulmonologist to use throughout the day. I would be lost without both of these.
They are prescription only.
