I want to change my antidepressant from Zooloft to Wellbutrin?

It would be comparing apples and oranges because these are very different types of medications. Your Wellbutrin (bupropion) dosage would need to be determined by your doctor based on your response to the drug.
If you've been on the sertraline for awhile you may need to taper your dose while starting the Wellbutrin.
Also, have you talked to your doctor about maybe another treatment option for the sexual side effects?

I felt I went to hell and back, I was on sertraline, it took at least 3 months before I felt like it was a game changer. I would have a look at the reviews on the problem you’re having. How long have you been on sertraline, check the reviews on the other one you thinking off changing too. I would give sertraline time, just acknowledge that you may feel this way for a while, I nearly gave up with sertraline a few times, was difficult at the time, I feel worthwhile sticking with this while longer. Stay with it. I did, feel great now
