A dose of Diflucan can help men with fungal infections too. You might ask you Dr about prescribing a tablet of Diflucan. It is less messy than the antifungal creams.
Hey Tinieceseia,
As previously posted by Patti, bactroban is an anitbiotic which only works on bacteria not fungus. There are numeous over the counter medicines for jock itch or the fungus that grows in that area of the body. Lamisil is one, just ask the pharmacist to direct you to the aisle where the anti fungal medicines are and you can choose from the many available.
Best wishes,
Laurie
Bactro ban is an antibiotic cream used to treat bacterial infections. You should use an anti fungal cream such as Monistat to treat a fungal infection.
