Fluconazole has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA. This means that animal studies have shown some toxicity to the developing embryo.
However there are no adequate studies in humans. It should only be given during pregnancy if the benefits outweigh any risks.
You should discuss these implications with your doctor if you are planning a pregnancy.
To be safe I would wait until you have finished your course of fluconazole before trying to get pregnant.
