Can cialis 5mg be taken as needed or does it have to be taken once a day regardless?

I know what you mean. I take it like every five days to hang with my girlfriend. Not every day. I take 7.5 mg, which is one and a half of the 5 mg pills. I take it at 6-7pm this day, and it seems to help right into the second evening for me for two nights of fun for us. I found if you try to do a hit and miss every two to three days, it doesn't work as well result wise at least with me, almost like your system needs more because it is building a tolerance. My buddy took it frequently also two-three days apart and found the same thing. So it's like you take the recommended dosages every evening like they say, or give it at least five days. Five days works for me and I just work my girl off other ways during the week, and give what for on my nights, so it works for us. And I'm 52 and decent shape, just take a lot of meds for high blood pressure that kind of makes my johnson tired these days. Good luck and hope this helps.

This unfortunately did not answer my question. I know that it may be taken every day whether you plan on sexual activity or not. My question is may it be taken just as needed before sexual activity like the 10mg. if you are using the 5mg. capsule? I don't want to take it every day as it is too expensive. I want to take it only when planning sexual activity.
