5 and 10 mg daily have had no effect. The same with 20mgs as needed. Also have had no improvement with all doses of Viagra. I have mild ED.
Has anyone ever used 40mgs of as needed Cialis?

One study found that supplementing Cialis with over the counter L-Arginine had superior results than with Cialis alone. That has been my experience.

40mg is twice the absolute upper recommended maximum dosage. If you get no benefit with 20mg, doubling that will make no discernible difference.
