Can I take buspirone and tramadol at the same time?

I take both of these meds..I looked it up under my drug interactions a valuable tool from this website..and it stated there was a moderate interaction drowsiness dizziness difficulty concentrating or driving

It was not listed as a major drug interaction..so I suppose it would be good to talk to your physician or pharmacist about advantages/ disadvantages of this combo
