The pharmacy puts a sticker on my Gabapentin perscription bottle suggesting I wear a medical alert with the gabapentin info on it.

Masso is correct, but I believe that anyone on medication or with an allergy or condition should wear one. If there is a chance that you will be taken to the er in an emergency it sure helps. I wear one that has a memory stick and you can put all your medical info on it.
