I’m currently taking 20 mg of ziprasidone and 40 mgs of Prozac I’m having lots of side effects any good recommendations. To help with all of this without changing the Prozac? I think I have been misdiagnosed with schizophrenia but I’ve suffered from a lot of trauma in my life I think it’s more related to PTSD, Please help thanks in advance.

First off and most importantly if you believe you have been misdiagnosed with a severe mental illness seek for a second opinion if you have not done so yet.
Many people with different conditions, including myself, want the best option available to treat our ailments. I have come to understand, after asking the same question "what is the best medication", there really is not one that is personalized to ones necessities, the reason being is that everyone reacts differently to medications and generally everything in life, what may be a successful treatment for me with a certain medication may not do anything for you.
Having said, and after taking meds for over 30 years there is something called trial and error, which you most likely are aware of.
There are many effective medications available for your conditions, but you will only know which one(s) work(s) until you try them.
Being treated by a Dr. you trust is crucial for a successful treatment in order to keep your conditions under control, this is the best advice I am able to give you with my experience.
You will have to make a joint decision with your Psychiatrist as for which medication to add for your PTSD.
You do not mention for what condition you are taking the antipsychotic (ziprasidone) brand name Geodon prescribed to treat symptoms of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and off label uses for OCD, PTSD, Depression, if you are taking it it must be for a reason, Keep the antidepressant (prozac) and add a third medication, now if it can be avoided that must be evaluated by your DR..
