There is a major interaction between Vyvanse and Wellbutrin, moderate between Wellbutrin and Intuniv and a minor one.

Both Vyvanse and Wellbutrin, alone or together, may increase the potential to cause seizures. This generally affects about 1-10% of users. It may be that your doctor feels that the combination's benefits outweigh this risk and you can ask them about your concern.
