I was wondering if maybe that would help with the sleeplessness. Thought maybe if I fell asleep before the pill kicked in I could get a decent nights sleep. Any suggestions would be great.
Has anyone tried taking Phentermine before going to bed?

Hi winddancer, love the name by the way. I don't have weight issues, & don't know your health issues, but have posted the link on phentermine below for you. Hope this helps...

People like me hate people like you Mary :-))
But I STILL LOVE YOU!! Ellen
Well, now that they consider that an answer, Winddancer, I will have to answer you here. (Should have kept my mouth shut, but dear Mary, I was kidding you).
I don't know what is wrong with you, whether pain keeps you up, or you have fibro, or just plain insomnia, BUT, I have suffered from sleep problems for YEARS, and finally have found an answer that was right under my nose all along. I take 10mg of melatonin. My hubby can't take three mg without having a horrible hangover, but I have been on every sleeping pill made, every prescription and non prescription sleep aide you can think of and NOTHING has helped me in years. I average 2-4 hours/night, but ever since I started taking the melatonin (which BTW is very cheap try Swansonvitamins.com), I have not woken up for at least four hours, and generally get six to seven hours sleep a night!! For me that is a miracle after all the years of not sleeping.
Good luck to you, and i hope this helps!
Ok Ellen, I know your just kidding! Ha! I tried melatonin once & it made me so hyper it was unbelievable! Leave it to me to act in reverse!
