As with any suppository it is always best to push the suppository as far back in your rectum as possible.
Next you wait as long as you can until you cannot wait any longer and then you have a bowel movement. The longer you wait the more success you will have with the bowel movement.
Average wait time depends on how constipated you are. However, normal wait time is 10 to 30 minutes.
