Which antidepressants are best for not affecting sex drive?

I currently take 150mg Wellbutrin and 50mg Zoloft daily. With this combo, I've had negligible sexual side effects. Wellbutrin actually seemed to augment my sex drive when I was just taking that- starting on the Zoloft leveled it out a little. I was pretty reliant on Klonopin while I just taking Wellbutrin for depression, but a bit after I started the Zoloft, I really no longer needed the Klonopin for anxiety/panic related episodes. I take it very rarely now- almost exclusively before giving presentations- and when I have, the Wellbutrin-Zoloft-Klonopin combo hasn't produced any unwanted side effects.

I've also hearEd of people having good luck with Pristiq. You may give this one a thought.

Wellbutrin is your best bet as far as an antidepressant that isn't likely to affect your libido. Unfortunately, most other antiD's do. There are many antidepressants that you can take with the Klonopin.

Unfortunately the ssris and snris are all known for their effect on libido. The interaction with klonopin isn't much to worry about. Its just potential for increase in side effects, not something that is absolutely going to happen.
