Depending on how much you are using, 72 hours is the norm for urinalyses
I presume you mean adderall or its generic equivalent. A one (1)- single dose tablet/capsule will remain in your urine 72 hrs, bloodstream drug availability=96 hours.However, if you've taken this drug therapeutically for some time, even, lets say 8 weeks.Upon sudden discontinuation of the drug, you can expect your urine to show a positive result up to 7 days, after the last dose.
