3 X a Day means first thing in the morning, Lunch, and Dinner. 4 X a day means first thing in the morning, Lunch, Dinner, and before bed. No one is expecting you to get up in the middle of the night unless specifically stated.

take 3 times a day doctors even have different opinions covering an 24 hr. day would be every 8 hr.'s = 8 - 4 - 12 ... 8 - 4 - 12 ... or some prefer 8 - 2 - 8 every 6 hr. 's leaving a gap between morning dose from 2 am to 8 am , it is hard to take a pill at 12 midnight as we often do not wake up in time so it is really up to the individual 6 or 8 hr.'s or ask your doc what they mean first .

This is what i came up with... Its every 6 hours but inverted.. So that you can take 3 per day and not 2. You be taking only 2 if you bee taking one every 8 hours... (8x3=24 wrong!!)

When dosing with antibiotics "three times a day" means three times over a 24 hour period - or as close to "every 8 hours" as possible.
If you take your medicine this way your antibiotic blood levels will remain constant and you will recover from your sinusitis faster.
