I was just in so much pain that wasn’t realizing the time and took one a couple hours earlier than I was supposed too is everything going to be okay?
I take amoxicillin 500mg every 8 hours?

Most likely you'll be fine.
You may have a touch of nausea or an upset stomach for a couple of hours.
If you're very concerned you can call a 24 hr drug store and ask to speak with the pharmacist.
Because your in a lot of pain you might consider keeping a journal of all your medications along with the date and time of your last dose.
