Chrissygirl15; The main thing is not to take more than your doctor tells you to. What you should do is write it down on a piece of paper or put the pills in one of those pill trays. Also, remember the way these pills work is they absorb the grease or fat around the food and makes you have to go to the bathroom more often and you sure don't want to make yourself sore. Or not be able to make it to the bathroom. So try and keep them at the amount the doctor has recommended to you. exactly But anyway these are very effective for many people trying to lose weight.
