10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.

Hydrocodone/pseudoephedrine/triprolidine 2.5 mg-30 mg-1.25 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
2 to 6 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
7 to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
12 years or older: 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
