ZENIFEL™ Spray contains calming pheromones and Nepeta cataria extract, which are recommended to comfort cats displaying stress-related behaviors. ZENIFEL Spray is effective for managing unexpected stressful events. Each 60 mL bottle delivers a minimum of 400 sprays.

ZENIFEL Spray is an innovative formula made with F3 fraction of feline facial pheromone analogues (11.6%) and Nepeta cataria extract (0.5%), commonly called catnip. The plant source of Nepeta cataria extract is also known to improve the general well-being of cats as well as facial marking.

Directions For Use

● Shake well before use.

● Spray in the cat’s environment.

● Wait 15 minutes before allowing your cat to approach areas in or on which you have sprayed the product.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Spray only in your cat’s environment such as carrier, blanket, walls, and furniture and NOT directly on the animal. Always wait about 15 minutes before allowing your cat to approach areas in or on which you have sprayed the product.

Detailed instructions for use:

CARRIER/TRANSPORTATION

When

Use 15 minutes before placing your cat in the travel carrier

Where

Apply up to 8 sprays around the inside of the carrier

Frequency

Repeat every 4 hours, if needed. Always remove the cat from the carrier before spraying or using this product

URINE MARKING

When

After locating and properly cleaning all traces of urine

Where

On the vertical surface where urine was deposited, normally 5-7 inches from the ground

Frequency

Apply 1 to 3 sprays every 4 hours. For a minimum of 1 to 4 weeks at each marked location

SCRATCHING

When

From the first moment scratches are discovered

Where

On the scratched area

Frequency

Apply up to 6 sprays once per day. Repeat if needed for a minimum of 1 to 4 weeks on each area

MULTI-CAT HOUSEHOLDS

When

Before the introduction of a new cat into the house

Where

Apply spray to each corner of frequented rooms, 7 inches from the floor

Apply spray to door frames and corners of furniture

Frequency

Once per day for 2 months on average. Can be repeated every 6 hours if needed

MOVING TO A NEW HOUSE/REMODELING/BOARDING

When

Before introducing your cat into a new environment

Where

Apply spray to each corner of frequented rooms, 7 inches from the floor

Apply spray to door frames and corners of furniture

Frequency

Once per day for a minimum of 1 to 4 weeks

STRESSFUL EVENTS (WEATHER, VISITORS, FIREWORKS)

When

Stressful events are anticipated, start use 24 hours prior to the event

If using during the event, wait 15 minutes before introducing the cat to the sprayed area(s)

Where

Apply spray to each corner of frequented rooms, 7 inches from the floor

Apply spray to door frames and corners of furniture

Frequency

During the stressful event. Can be repeated every 6 hours

Warning

FLAMMABLE. EYE IRRITANT.

Keep away from heat, sunlight, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces or other ignition sources. Do not smoke during use. Avoid contact with eyes. If sprayed in eyes, rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. If eye irritation persists, seek medical attention.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Storage

Store in a well-ventilated, cool place. Crystals may form at low temperatures; this phenomenon is reversible at room temperature. May have a slight yellow color that does not affect the efficacy of the product.
