Sterile Water, USP Indications

Sterile Water USP is indicated for use as a sterile solvent or diluent for injectable solutions in such species as horses, cattle, swine, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, etc.

Directions For Use

Before piercing, cleanse stopper with suitable antiseptic. Using aseptic technique, withdraw amount required for use as directed by a veterinarian, in solutions for administration by intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous or intraperitoneal route.

CAUTIONS: Not suitable for parenteral use without first having been made approximately isotonic by addition of a suitable solute. Use only if clear. Contains no preservatives. Solutions made with this water should be used promptly or sterilized with adequate precautions for maintaining sterility. Discard unused portion.

Storage

Store between 15°C - 30°C. Keep from freezing.
