Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae Bacterin

This inactivated vaccine is fortified with a novel adjuvant and presented in the form of a bacterin. The product is for use in healthy piglets of all breeds, 2 weeks of age or older, by or under the supervision of a veterinarian, as an aid in the reduction of lung lesions due to swine enzootic pneumonia, caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.

Administration and Dosage: First Dose: 1.0 mL intramuscularly (I.M.). Second Dose: 1.0 mL I.M. must be administered two weeks after the first dose.

MycoGard Caution

For animal use only. Do not mix with other products except as specified on the label. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Store at 2-8°C (35-46°F). Do not freeze. Shake well before use. Use entire contents upon opening the container. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Transient reaction may occur at the injection site. If anaphylaxis occurs, use epinephrine or equivalent. Contains merthiolate (Thimerosal) as a preservative. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. Revaccination interval not established.
