Myco Shield Indications

This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy swine, 2 weeks of age or older, against pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. The duration of immunity for this product is not known. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data, see productdata.aphis.usda.gov.

Directions For Use

Shake well before using. Administer 1 mL intramuscularly. Revaccinate in 2 weeks. The need for annual booster vaccinations has not been established for this product; consultation with a veterinarian is recommended.

Precautions

Store out of direct sunlight at 2° to 8°C (35° to 46°F). DO NOT FREEZE. Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days prior to slaughter. Anaphylactic reactions may occur. Symptomatic treatment: Epinephrine.

Contains thimerosal as a preservative.
