Active Ingredients

Each mL contains:

Neomycin Sulfate (equivalent to base)	20.0 mg
Succinylsulfathiazole	96.0 mg
Hyoscyamine Sulfate	2.5 µg
Kaolin	175.0 mg
Atropine Sulfate	2.5 µg
Tri-Calcium Phosphate	21.0 mg
Pectin	8.0 mg

Hog Scour Suspension Indications

Hog Scour Suspension is indicated for use in the treatment of diarrhea (scours) and enteritis when caused by organisms susceptible to neomycin and succinylsulfathiazole.

Directions For Use

To reduce the development of antimicrobial resistance and maintain effectiveness, use this antibiotic prudently and for the shortest duration required to achieve the desired clinical outcome.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING.

Dosage: For piglets under 2.5 kg, give 1 mL daily; over 2.5 kg, give 2 mL orally daily. Treatment may be repeated for up to 4 days.

For dogs, cats and lambs, give 2 mL per kg bodyweight, orally, divided into 2 doses daily.

For calves, give 2 tablespoons orally daily. Treatment may be repeated for 2 to 3 days.

Warnings

Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 30 days for cattle and 14 days for swine and lambs after the latest treatment with this drug.

Do not administer to lactating cattle.

Sulfonamides can cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. When handling the product, avoid oral exposure and direct contact with skin or eyes.

Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store at room temperature (15-30°C). Protect from freezing.
