For the vaccination of healthy non-pregnant heifers and cows aged six months and older against epizootic bovine abortion. This product license is conditional; efficacy and potency have not been fully demonstrated. For more information regarding safety data, see productdata.aphis.usda.gov.

Vaccine is supplied as a frozen concentrate that must be reconstituted prior to administration. Keep vaccine vials frozen in liquid nitrogen until use. To reconstitute, thaw one vial of vaccine. Transfer contents of vaccine vial into one bottle of Sterile Diluent for EBA Vaccine. Invert gently several times to mix well. Using a bottle-mount syringe (not a barrel syringe), administer vaccine subcutaneously to non-pregnant animals. Gently invert bottle syringe to mix vaccine before each dose is drawn into syringe.

Precautions

Not for use in pregnant animals. Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label. Use entire contents within four hours of reconstitution. One dose (2 cc) of reconstituted vaccine is recommended per animal. Administer subcutaneously not less than 60 days before breeding. Do not slaughter within 90 days of vaccination. Inactivate unused contents before disposal. Injection site reactions may be present for at least 40 days post vaccination.
