DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Doktor Doom Be Green Premium Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth is a ready-for-use insecticide dust, which gives effective kill of the pests listed. This product is for use in and around apartments, homes and other residential spaces. Doktor Doom Be Green Premium Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth is intended for application by hand or by hand duster to cracks & crevices, voids, hiding and runway areas and those places where pests are found. Examples of these areas are false floors and ceilings; wall voids; around electrical and telephone fittings and equipment; around water pipes; under and behind cabinets, refrigerators and sinks; around window and door frames; along baseboards; and in attics and crawl spaces. The amount to be applied is 5.0 g of Doktor Doom Be Green Premium Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth per square metre. In living areas, make applications in such a manner as to avoid deposits on exposed surfaces or introducing the material into the air. Apply lightly and uniformly to infested areas. Pay particular attention to cracks and crevices and voids where insects may be harbouring, travelling, breeding or entering the structure. Treat small area of surface to be treated for staining or other adverse reaction before making regular application.

SPRAY APPLICATION IN WATER: Apply to point of wetness using 7.5 g of Doktor Doom Be Green Premium Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth in 100 mL of water per square metre.

USE WITH ATTRACTANTS: Doktor Doom Be Green Premium Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth may be mixed with attractants (approx. 50:50) such as icing sugar or food powders (cereal, nut, fruit, soup mixes, etc.) that attract insects. Check baits periodically and vacuum or remove if mouldy or otherwise spoiled. Repeat treatments as necessary to maintain adequate control.

OUTDOOR TREATMENTS: CRAWLING INSECTS: Kills ants, bed bugs, carpet beetles, cockroaches, confused flour beetles, crickets, earwigs, firebrats, fleas, millipedes, pillbugs, silverfish, sowbugs, and spiders.

Bed Bugs: Disassemble beds and dust frames, joints, mattresses, tufts and seams, floors and baseboards.

Fleas: Apply dust to infested areas such as pet beds and resting quarters, nearby cracks and crevices under the edges of rugs, carpets and floor coverings, cracks, crevices, voids and under upholstered furniture, and other areas where these pests may be present. Treat small area first on rugs to check for staining before treating a larger area. Do not treat animals with this product.

Spiders: Apply where these pests may be harbouring, travelling, breeding or entering the structure. For example: on and under edges of floor coverings, under rugs and furniture, closets, and associated wall voids. Treat small area first on rugs to check for staining before treating a larger area.

Carpet Beetles: Apply where these insects harbour, travel, breed or enter the structure. For example under cabinets or shelving, behind or under equipment, drains, protected exterior areas like eaves and around trash cans.

OUTDOOR USE: Perimeter Treatment: Apply as a residual treatment around and in cracks and crevices or voids associated with windows and doors, porches, screens, eaves, patios, garages, under stairways, around foundations and in crawl spaces and other areas where listed pests may be harbouring, travelling, breeding or entering structure.

PRECAUTIONS: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Avoid breathing dust. Do not use as space spray. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands after use. This product is not intended for human or animal consumption. Do not consume.

FIRST AID: If swallowed: Call a poison control centre or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control centre or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If on skin or clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice. If inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control centre or doctor for further treatment advice. If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice. Take container, label or product name and pest control product registration number with you when seeking medical attention.

TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION: Treat symptomatically.

DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container. Wrap and dispose of empty container in household garbage.

NOTICE TO USER: This pest control product is to be used only in accordance with the directions on the label. It is an offence under the Pest Control Products Act to use this product in a way that is inconsistent with the directions on the label.
