Swollen Glands (General)

It does not seem that you have a hand or arm infection that is causing your swollen lymph node.

If you are female, there is always the concern that a lump in the armpit could be from breast cancer that has spread. If you have any concerns that this might be cancer, you should see a doctor immediately.

If the lump is not completely gone in two to three weeks, call your doctor to have the swollen lymph node evaluated.
